Mountain Edge Powersports LLC – Repair & Service Agreement

 

By leaving your boat, watercraft, ATV, UTV, or other equipment (“Equipment”) with Mountain Edge Powersports LLC (“MEP”) for repair or maintenance, or by hiring Mountain Edge Powersports LLC for mobile repairs, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms:

1. Authorization & Rates
Customer authorizes MEP to make necessary repairs using labor, parts, and materials at standard retail rates, plus shipping and sales tax. Customer confirms they have the legal right to request repairs.

2. Payment
All charges (“Repair Costs”) must be paid in full before Equipment is released. Invoices are due upon completion. Unpaid balances accrue 1.5% monthly interest. Customer is responsible for legal/collection fees if needed.

3. Delays & Liability
MEP is not responsible for repair delays or loss/damage from fire, theft, accident, weather, or other causes beyond control. Equipment may be stored in unsecured areas. Liability is limited to $500 maximum.

4. Mechanic’s Lien
MEP holds a lien on Equipment until all Repair Costs are paid and may charge Customer’s card on file.

5. Storage & Abandonment
Equipment left over 30 days incurs $25/day storage. Equipment left over 60 days is considered abandoned and may be disposed of at MEP’s discretion, with Customer still owing all fees.

6. Test Operation
Customer authorizes MEP and its employees to operate Equipment for testing and inspection.

​

7. Warranties
Parts carry only the manufacturer’s warranty. MEP provides no warranties on labor, parts, or service, express or implied. MEP is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the full and final contract. Changes must be in writing and signed. North Carolina law applies.

By signing or electronically agreeing, Customer accepts these terms.
